What is Financial Hardship?

Financial hardship is when you are unable to meet your financial commitments. This could be caused by unforeseen or unexpected circumstances such as illness or injury, natural disaster, family and domestic violence, unemployment or changes in income. If you have a joint loan and need help with repayments, we can assist you individually if you request hardship assistance.
